GLOSS An ideal range of gloss coated papers suitable for most types of publications. They provide an excellent quality of print reproduction - available 70gsm to 170gsm. SILK The ideal choice of matt-coated papers and suitable for most types of publications providing excellent print reproduction. The surface being non-reflective makes this paper ideal for publications which contain high level of text and limits the glare from each page - available 70gsm to 130gsm. WOODFREE GLOSS COATED There are many papers which fall under this catergory. Most available from 90gsm to 400gsm and cover a wide range of sizes. These papers are often called "art" papers. | WOODFREE MATT COATED As above for Gloss Coated, these papers are often called "silk", satin, velvet or matt art" papers. UNCOATED BOND/OFFSETS The surface is uncoated therefore the paper looks and feels totally different. The uncoated surface allows the paper to be written on without marking and these papers are normally used for diaries. It is important to remember that due to the surface the print production could appear "flat/washed out" compared to those from the coated range. Under the uncoated category we are also able to buy in coloured stocks, these are available in a wide variety of colours and weights. Please note: When using matt-coated papers or pantone colours it is advised that a machine varnish is applied to reduce the risk of the ink marking or rubbing. |
